These terms govern all services, digital content, and physical products provided by Mindverto.

3. Use of Our Platform

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old. Registration and account security rules apply.

4. Services

4.1 Coaching Sessions

Our one-on-one and group support sessions are designed to help clients develop personal skills and achieve goals. Fees must be paid in advance to secure a scheduled time slot.

Cancellations and Rescheduling: You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours notice by contacting us. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or miss a session, the fee will not be refunded due to preparatory efforts and reserved resources.

5. Digital Content Products

5.1 E-books and Online Courses

Upon purchase, digital materials are made available immediately. If no material download or viewing has occurred within seven calendar days, you may request a refund by contacting us. Once any digital file has been downloaded or any course module has been viewed, no refund will be issued due to the nature of electronic delivery.

6. Physical Products

For shipped items, you may ship the product back within 30 calendar days of delivery. The item must be in unused condition and accompanied by original packaging. You are responsible for shipping costs. After we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund of the paid amount via the original payment method within 14 business days.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed according to the rules outlined in sections 4 through 6. In the event Mindverto cancels a service, content order, or product shipment, we will issue a full fee refund or offer an alternative date or equivalent item at no additional fee.

8. Transfer of Services

If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, you may transfer your booking to another individual or a different date, subject to our approval and at least 48 hours notice. To request a transfer, please use our contact form.

9. Limitation of Liability

Mindverto provides personal development support and materials “as is.” We do not guarantee specific outcomes. Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the particular offering.
